I had high hopes for my stay at the Ramada Prague City Centre, especially given its central location. While my room was spacious with two quiet terraces that offered a glimpse of the Castle, I encountered some serious cleanliness issues that made my experience less enjoyable. The lack of basic amenities and poor service really overshadowed the positives of the hotel, leaving me quite disappointed.
